Legal documents demand
legal precision

A power of attorney lives or dies on its exact wording: the scope of authority granted, revocation clauses, and notarial formalities must survive translation intact. Our translators work with civil-law notarial instruments daily — poderes generales y especiales, escrituras públicas, protocolos notariales — and render them into precise U.S. legal English that banks, courts, and title companies accept without questions.

We also translate in the other direction: U.S. powers of attorney going to Mexico, Colombia, Spain, or elsewhere, typically alongside an apostille. Because we handle translation, notarization, and apostille under one roof, your document leaves ready to use abroad.

Common uses we
see every week

Selling or managing property in your home country while living in the U.S.; authorizing a relative to collect pensions or handle bank matters abroad; guardianship arrangements for children traveling or living with relatives; business signatures and corporate representation; and probate filings requiring a foreign POA to be recognized by a U.S. court.

Notarial instruments often include certificates, apostilles, and cover pages — we translate the complete instrument, and our per-page quote tells you the exact total upfront.

Your questions,
answered

Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp — we reply in minutes.

Do you translate from English to Spanish for use in Latin America?

Yes — both directions. For use abroad we can also notarize the translation and arrange the apostille, so the package is ready for the foreign notary or registry.

Will a U.S. bank accept your translation of my foreign POA?

Our certified translations include the signed accuracy certificate institutions require. Banks, title companies, and courts accept them routinely; if your institution has special wording, send it and we'll match it.

Does the apostille go on the original or the translation?

Typically the apostille authenticates the original (or the notarized translation, depending on the destination's requirements). We'll advise on the right order for your destination country — it varies, and getting it wrong wastes weeks.

What does it cost?

$29.95 per page for certified translation; $44.95 per page notarized. Apostille service from $99 per document. One combined quote before you pay.

Is my document kept confidential?

Yes. POAs contain sensitive financial detail; files are encrypted in transit, never shared, and deletable on request.
