Terms of
Service

The plain-language agreement between you and Selládo LLC when you order translations, notarizations, or apostilles from selladousa.com.

Effective date: July 8, 2026 · Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. The service

Selládo LLC provides certified translation, notarized translation, and apostille processing for documents you submit digitally (photo or scan by WhatsApp, email, or upload) or, for apostilles, physically by mail when originals are required. Deliverables are print-ready PDF files, with physical copies by mail on request.

Selládo LLC is a document translation and apostille service. We are not a law firm, we are not attorneys, and we do not provide legal or immigration advice. Information on this website is general in nature and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

2. Orders, quotes, and payment

Every order begins with a free quote stating the exact price and estimated delivery time. Work begins after payment, processed securely by Stripe; we accept the payment methods Stripe supports. Quoted delivery times are counted from receipt of both payment and legible documents.

You are responsible for sending complete, legible documents and for telling us the receiving institution if you want the certification tailored to it. If a document proves illegible or pages are missing, we'll contact you before proceeding — the clock pauses until resolved.

3. Turnaround and rush service

Standard delivery is typically 24 hours for common documents; rush (2–4 hours) is available for a priority fee. Timeframes for apostilles depend on state and federal offices outside our control; we quote realistic estimates and communicate delays as soon as we know of them. Rush fees relate to queue priority; they are earned when we deliver within the committed window.

4. Accuracy guarantee

Our certified translations are guaranteed for acceptance: if USCIS or any receiving U.S. authority rejects a Selládo translation because of translation quality or certification defects, we will correct and redeliver it at no charge — and if we cannot cure the rejection, we will refund the translation in full. Details and exclusions are in our Refund Policy.

5. What we are not responsible for

We translate and authenticate documents; we do not control adjudications. We are not responsible for: outcomes of your immigration or legal case; rejections caused by the underlying document itself (wrong document type, expired certificate, unsatisfied recency rules we warned about); requirements a receiving institution changes or applies idiosyncratically; or delays by government apostille offices, couriers, or force majeure. Our maximum aggregate liability for any order is the amount you paid for it.

For document deliveries by mail, risk of loss passes to the carrier; we will assist with tracking and, where our error caused a failed delivery, reprint and resend at our cost.

6. Your content

You warrant that you have the right to submit the documents you send and that they are genuine. We refuse orders that appear to involve forged or altered documents. You retain all rights to your documents; we receive only the limited license necessary to produce your order and keep records per our Privacy Policy.

7. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stand. We may update these terms prospectively by posting the new version here with a new date. Questions: selladotranslationsservices@gmail.com.
